Transfection efficiencies of TMA-C2-DEA-C14 solutions prepared by using different methods for neural stem cells. A) Neural stem cells were precultured in 24-well plates and transfected for 3.0 h with the DNA/TMA-C2-DEA-C14 mixture (1.5 μg/5.0 μl). At 24 h post-transfection, fluorescent cells were counted under a fluorescence microscope in more than 3 different views (a minimum of 300 cells/view). All the data points are averages obtained from 2 replications performed on different days and expressed as the mean standard deviation.
