性質
L-NMMAはアセチルコリンに誘導されたラット大動脈リングの弛緩阻害において、濃度依存的に麻酔下のラットの平均血圧を上昇させるほか、中枢機能に関しても、小脳の長期抑圧がL-NMMAによって阻害されることも報告されている。
