ELISA plate was coated with CSBG (25 μg/mL was used to coat plate). The sera of cancer patients (N=26) or healthy donor (N=24) was added to the plate, and the plate-bound Ig was determined with peroxidase-conjugeted anti Human IgG+IgM.
